Q: How do purchase my order on the site?
A: To order your purchase: -
- Click “ADD TO CART” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Select Colour or Size if available
- Select your quantity
- After that, Click on the shopping cart on the top right of the corner to review your cart.
- Click 'UPDATE CART' if there is item missing in the cart or go back to the product and add again.
- Click 'CHECKOUT' and proceed to the summary of the Price
- Fill up your Delivery Information, or select your previous information.
- Fill up your Billing Information. or select 'MY BILLING INFORMATION IS THE SAME AS MY DELIVERY'
- Enter Discount Code if any
- Press Calculate Shipping and system will show whether you are eligible for free shipping or not.
- In Payment Method will display your order total, inclusive or discount and shipping cost (if any)
- Select your payment method
- Fill up Order comments if any
- Click on review order and proceed to the payment pages

- Click on 'Update Payment'
- Select your Transaction Type, either Bank Transfer or ATM
- Enter your Transaction Reference Number
- Enter your IB Nickname
- Enter the Transaction Date and Time
with the details of:
Banking Date and Time:
Transaction Reference No:
Total amount you have paid:
Your Order No: (Can be find on 'Account' and the top right of the corner)

Q: How to change my account personal information and shipping address?
A: Log-in to your account → Click on “Account” at Top Right Corner → Click "Edit" under personal information. However, for shipping address, just save it on your next purchase. you will able to choose right away on your shipping address when purchase.
Q: I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?
A: Click on “Forgotten Password” and fill your username or email that used to register the account in the box.
A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, click on the link on email, and press "Login" and you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
Q: Can I cancel an existing order that have been made?
A: Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.
- Please send an email to our customers service email at email@example.com with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.
Q: What is the product's transaction currency?
A: All products transaction currency will be done in Ringgit Malaysia.
Q: How long does the delivery usually takes?
A: Delivery usually will take about 1 to 3 working days for West Malaysia and 3 to 5 days for East Malaysia.
